On 9January2025 our annual check of the HVAC system was performed by John Henry's service engineer Carson. He arrived and performed the necessary tests and parts replacement in a timely manner. We are happy knowing that we can expect continued safe operation of this system for the future and will count on the service of John Henry's in the years ahead.
I wish that i had known of this business years ago! Person answering their office phone was very nice - I was surprised when I was told someone would be out later that same day! Ian was competent, friendly and professional. He was easy to talk to - fully understood the issue, and explained the necessary work and associated cost. Everything was entirely "above board;" no "extra" fees of any sort. Ian was efficient and completed the project in about the time he had estimated, thoroughly cleaned the area, and reviewed the finished project with me. I am sure there are competent plumbers in town - but John Henry's customer service from initial phone call until the time Ian pulled out of the driveway is very hard to find in our time. Highly recommend.
Due to having completed a few renovations in my home, I am somewhat familiar with the plumbing layout. I was up against an obstruction that my power snake just wouldn’t go through from the upstairs bathroom. I finally had to call in the professionals. Enter John Henry’s Plumbing people Alec and Samara. I hope I got their names right. I was able to provide a lot of information to them about what had been done already that they were free to verify. They did verify that the downstairs bathroom line was clear to the street. The upstairs toilet line ended up having huge root intrusion. That was found initially with the video inspection but further evidence continued to come out as larger, more powerful snakes came into play. That is one downright effective team right there. They had all the equipment they needed to properly diagnose the issue including a variety of snake sizes and video. Then kept after it until they were positive they had that line clear. Weston figured out the problem and took care of it immediately.We also recently had the tech, Shawn, out for a dryer vent cleaning. They continue to consult with me over time as I upgrade my town home in Northeast Lincoln. The place had all the original fixtures from 2015 when I moved in less than three years ago. I have a plan now with my budget. I expect to have the place where it should be within the next year. Their guidance is invaluable.

They have good availability, don't charge extra for weekend service calls, have always been prompt, and do a great job fixing my problems the first time. I've never been pressured with an up-sell for a product I don't need, either. Their techs have also been great showing me how to do simple repairs and maintenance on my first home so I can avoid a service call in the future.
We had Josh E out to our house to replace our water heater. He did a great job of putting together multiple options in the estimates. He explained all of the options and answered all of our questions. He worked quickly and cleaned up everything. We are very happy with our service today.
They guys were great. I had three faucets needing replacing. Since I can't do it myself anymore, I made my call. The woman answering the phone was wonderful and had my appointment set up in no time. All of my questions answered and appreciated the assistance in picking out new faucets.
Requested a same day appointment at 7:15am on their website and the technician arrived around 8:30am. Got the job done right away and we are back up and running with proper heating flow. Was very impressed with the promptness and quality of work done at a great price. Already recommending to my friends. Thank you!

Called at 2 am with a broken water pipe. Arrived when he said he would be here and very professional. Made sure there weren't any leaks before he left and faucets worked
John Henry's sent out a two person team to tackle a sewer line clog. They were able to quickly find and fix the issue. They were also kind enough to explain and answer all of mine and my 7 year old sons questions. They were super friendly and nonweldable. If you have to call a plumber, its likely a bad day, but John Henry's team knocked it out of the park. If I need service again, they will be my first call.
Justin and Damian did an outstanding job of installing a new furnace, humidifier, and thermostat. Very pleasant and friendly with a professional quality. Kiel finished up the job of the electrical wiring and would have to say the same about him. Thank you John Henry!
