The texh covered what needed to be done and the cost before starting the project. Just one of the unfortunate things a homeowner gets to deal with owning a home. We had Josh E out to our house to replace our water heater. He did a great job of putting together multiple options in the estimates. He explained all of the options and answered all of our questions. He worked quickly and cleaned up everything. We are very happy with our service today.

Called at 2 am with a broken water pipe. Arrived when he said he would be here and very professional. Made sure there weren't any leaks before he left and faucets worked
John Henry's sent out a two person team to tackle a sewer line clog. They were able to quickly find and fix the issue. They were also kind enough to explain and answer all of mine and my 7 year old sons questions. They were super friendly and nonweldable. If you have to call a plumber, its likely a bad day, but John Henry's team knocked it out of the park. If I need service again, they will be my first call.
Justin and Damian did an outstanding job of installing a new furnace, humidifier, and thermostat. Very pleasant and friendly with a professional quality. Kiel finished up the job of the electrical wiring and would have to say the same about him. Thank you John Henry!

My only complaint about John Henry is that they are more expensive than other companies. TJ informed me of the senior discount , for which I was very thankful. _ NOt sure why I haven't been informed of this before now. They do provide excellent service.

Had a Monday appointment, and by the time Ian, the Technician, arrived and assessed the problem; I had a new water heater installed and working within 2 hours. Ian was very good at explaining options, and showing maintenance tips after the install. Very good experience!
Turned on my hot water and steam was coming out. Call John Henry’s at 10:30 at night. They walked me through turning the heat down on my water heater and then came out the next morning and replaced the water heater and this was on 24th of December so happy they were able to do it In such a timely manner
