John Henry's staff is professional. They do not try to hard sell me on anything. They advise me of options. Immediate issues get taken care of in a prompt manner. They continue to consult with me over time as I upgrade my town home in Northeast Lincoln. The place had all the original fixtures from 2015 when I moved in less than three years ago. I have a plan now with my budget. I expect to have the place where it should be within the next year. Their guidance is invaluable.

Great service from the tech. getting our water heater replaced. Not a fun day cleaning up water from the old unit that started leaking. The texh covered what needed to be done and the cost before starting the project. Just one of the unfortunate things a homeowner gets to deal with owning a home. Glad to have hot water in the pipes again. Thanks for the great service from start to finish.

John Henry's is my go-to for plumbing and HVAC in Lincoln. They have good availability, don't charge extra for weekend service calls, have always been prompt, and do a great job fixing my problems the first time. I've never been pressured with an up-sell for a product I don't need, either. Their techs have also been great showing me how to do simple repairs and maintenance on my first home so I can avoid a service call in the future.

We had Josh E out to our house to replace our water heater. He did a great job of putting together multiple options in the estimates. He explained all of the options and answered all of our questions. He worked quickly and cleaned up everything. We are very happy with our service today.

John Henry's sent out a two person team to tackle a sewer line clog. They were able to quickly find and fix the issue. They were also kind enough to explain and answer all of mine and my 7 year old sons questions. They were super friendly and nonweldable. If you have to call a plumber, its likely a bad day, but John Henry's team knocked it out of the park. If I need service again, they will be my first call.

Jacob was polite and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and informed me of other servicesHad another service today with TJK. It was quick and efficient. My only complaint about John Henry is that they are more expensive than other companies. TJ informed me of the senior discount , for which I was very thankful. _ NOt sure why I haven't been informed of this before now. They do provide excellent service.

John Henry's was fairly prompt in putting me into their schedule, as my water heater failed on a Saturday. Had a Monday appointment, and by the time Ian, the Technician, arrived and assessed the problem; I had a new water heater installed and working within 2 hours. Ian was very good at explaining options, and showing maintenance tips after the install. Very good experience!

Turned on my hot water and steam was coming out. Call John Henry’s at 10:30 at night. They walked me through turning the heat down on my water heater and then came out the next morning and replaced the water heater and this was on 24th of December so happy they were able to do it In such a timely manner
