We had John Henry’s install our new heat pump and they did an outstanding job. They arrived when they said they would, were very neat and tidy with their work, kept me updated with progress and completed the job when expected. They also did a very good job of training in th new system.

John Henry's sends a text with the technicians picture and is very communicative regarding expected arrivals, the main office reached out and let us know the tech was 15 minutes out. I had a quote given to me before anything was started and my tech, Alec and his team member whom I did not get the name of but his cat's name is Echo, were professional, personable and amazing. Would recommend and will use again!

Very professional and friendly! They are very knowledgeable and help us keep our equipment running efficiently. When we moved o to this home, the system was too small and ran constantly and couldn’t keep up. They came out and evaluated our situation. They were able to get us on a system that can keep up with our needs, but also runs much more efficiently.

I've used John Henry since 1998 for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. Super pleased with their professionalism, timeliness, and pricing. They have always been on time or even earlier. Their technicians are easy to talk with and have always made sure I understood what they were going to do before starting the project. They have given me options on ways to solve my problem. It helped me feel a bit more involved in the process.
