John Henry was very responsive to my immediate hot water heater issue. They had sent Josh over to resolve my hot water heater issue with a new hot water heater. Josh had completed the work in about 2 hours. He had answered all of my questions, very knowledgeable, experienced and courteous! 5 Stars!

Jaden provide excellent service to install the waterline to our new refrigerator.He also installed new filters to our reverse osmosis filter and explained clearly how to operate each appliance. At all times, Jaden was knowledgeable, professional and personable.
Always great service. But, the service charges are becoming excessive. I was charged $306.00 for half an hour of work on top $159.00 the day before for diagnosis. $450 for warantee work. Do you really want to keep long term customers like this?

The John Henry team made replacing our HVAC system a breeze. Our furnace failed on Friday, on Saturday am a tech, by noon a sales representative who gave us three different options, ones in which fit our budget, and by Monday the project was complete. Professional, not pushy, experts in the field.
