What are you planning on doing this Valentine’s Day? A romantic dinner at a candlelit, exclusive, intimate restaurant with your loved one? Over a glass of Chardonnay, you ask her a big question…would she consider moving in with you?

To your delight, she says yes. Now, maybe it’s the rush of this exciting news or the fact that you’re on your fourth glass of wine. Either way, you can feel the sweat collecting on your forehead.

All of a sudden, things that hadn’t occurred to you before began to rush into your head. Sharing your bed. Sharing your food. Sharing your…plumbing. Uh oh. Maybe you need to rethink this a little bit.

Bathroom Plumbing: Your Girlfriend Might Use It Too

Your girlfriend, being a girl, after all, would occasionally need to use the toilet. It’s your understanding that girls use the toilet approximately once a month.

That shouldn’t put too much of a strain on the plumbing. That is, unless, of course, she puts things down the toilet she shouldn’t It’s usually a good idea to agree on your flushing habits.

Want to avoid throwing certain things in the bowl? Like maybe hygiene products or something along those lines? The first step to a healthy relationship and healthy plumbing – is being sure you communicate before the problems occur!

The Fearful Shower Clog

There are signs of problems in the shower stall. There are multiple bottles. One for shampoo, one for conditioner, one for body wash, and one for shaving cream. How come everything I use comes in one bottle?

On top of that, there are several razors, which may or may not be weapons, and some very intimidating-looking loofahs used for “exfoliating” skin. I don’t know what “exfoliating” means, but I’m pretty scared.

The other problem is that my girlfriend has long, curly, thick hair. When she washes it, stray hairs tend to get caught in the drain. I don’t know how to broach the subject without offending her. I’m thinking about making a hair doll and presenting it to her as a token of my love.

Anyway, the bottom line is, when my girlfriend showers, dead skin cells, and stray hairs wind up going down the drain. The drain’s not in great shape in the first place. As a result, the water drains slowly and weakly, and something’s going on. I’m tempted to pour Drano down the drain, but I’m hesitant because I heard it can cause a lot of damage.
